We started vaultcare because buying this in the UAE was awkward. You either walked into a shop you'd rather not be seen in, or ordered from overseas and hoped the box didn't say what was inside.
So we do the boring parts properly. Everything ships from our own warehouse here in Dubai, in a plain box, and a real person answers the WhatsApp number. We go through the range and only list the products we'd send to a friend. You don't need an account to order.
