Where we deliver
All seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. We don't ship outside the UAE yet.
How long it takes
- Order before 4pm — it leaves our Dubai warehouse the same day.
- Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah — 1–2 days.
- The rest of the UAE — 3–5 days.
- You'll get a WhatsApp message with the driver's number on delivery day.
What it costs
Nothing. Free shipping on every order, no minimum spend and no small-order fee. The price you see on the product is the price you pay.
The box
Plain brown box, no brand, no logo, no product name. Nothing on the outside says what's in it and the courier doesn't know either. The only thing written on it is your name and address.
Paying at the door
You pay the driver in cash when the box is in your hands. Look at it first. If you don't want it, hand it back and pay nothing.
